Sessions & Fees

I’m a member of the United Kingdom Association for Transactional Analysis (UKATA) and hold the UKATA Diploma award, which is recognised by the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I’m also a registered member of BACP and my practice is governed by both UKATA and BACP ethical codes.

My Fees:

My regular fees for individual and couples work are listed below.

Individual Session (50 minutes): £65

Couples Session (50 minutes): £85

I set aside a number of reduced price sessions for clients in financially constrained situations. If you think you might qualify for reduced price sessions please do ask.

Initial Assessment Session:

In a first meeting we have the chance to say ‘hello’ and find out a little more about each other. What you feel able to share about your own experiences and issues gives me a chance to fully check I have the skills and experience to work with you. Meeting me for a session will also allow you to better decide if you wish to proceed.

Further Sessions:

If you decide to work with me we can move on to series of future sessions, most usually held weekly at the same time. As we get to know each other I find it’s often helpful to have a mutual agreement around the purpose and goals of our collaboration. Sometimes aiming for a measurable objective of change can be most useful; at other times it might be that a wider exploration of issues is needed before you feel clearer about what you want from the process. The number of sessions we have will depend upon your sense of progress and when you feel the time is right for us to finish.
